I got this 'blue dot' when I went to a clinic (or rather hospital) yesterday.
As soon as I got off the lift from the basement parking area, I was stopped and my body temperature was taken. And after that, they 'dotted' me. ;)
I felt like I was entering Palestine or something. ;)
