Okay, my rule of thumb for losing weight effectively is 'kurang makan'. When I wear PB, I tend to eat very very very little. I mean VERY. I won't even have dinner if I have worn PB during the day.
So I guess, that is how it works. (I haven't checked my weight, though). ;)
