Low-carb, Low-sugar, Low-fat, Low-everything

What? It’s my current diet (kononnnn). No kidding - it has been several weeks.

I usually eat Yong Tau Foo or Laksam (low-carb ke ni?) or Tosai or Vadai for breakfast, sandwich with whole meal bread or anything without carb (or low-carb) for lunch and fruits or cereal (and of course supplements) for dinner.

Vavavavavaaaa….

Tapi semalam,… saya makan ini untuk lunch (pagi masih dengan Yong Tau Foo)

2 sets of McValue lunch (except drinks lah – I only took one cup, still maintain low-sugar maaa :P). SEKALI HADAP, okay!!!

Ya,… itu dia… sekali makan fast food… macam orang tak makan seminggu kaedahnya. Buruk lantak betollah. *Istighfar*
