What? It’s my current diet (kononnnn). No kidding - it has been several weeks.
I usually eat Yong Tau Foo or Laksam (low-carb ke ni?) or Tosai or Vadai for breakfast, sandwich with whole meal bread or anything without carb (or low-carb) for lunch and fruits or cereal for dinner.

Ya,… itu dia… sekali makan fast food… macam orang tak makan seminggu kaedahnya. Buruk lantak betollah. *Istighfar*
