I feel stressed out! I just went out of the meeting room and can't think of anything.

So CY, my 'kata penguat' hari tu macam tak kena lah gamaknya since stress can lead to constipation. And constipation is stressful too, no? So you won't get any better if you are trapped in the stress-constipation-stress ring (<--so hooked up with my work) cycle. :P
